Order Process at KJJ Diamonds:

2. Diamond Sourcing: As soon as your order is received, our expert team springs into action. We utilise our extensive network and industry expertise to source the finest diamonds available from across the market. Our commitment to excellence means that we meticulously track prices and quality to ensure that you receive the best value for your budget.
3. Just-in-Time Production: At KJJ, we believe in the principles of just-in-time production. This means that we only procure materials and start production once an order is received. By minimising inventory and waste, we reduce our environmental footprint and operate in a more sustainable manner. This environmentally friendly approach allows us to create jewellery pieces that are not only beautiful but also ethically sourced and produced.
4. Craftsmanship and Quality: Once the perfect diamond is chosen, our master craftsmen set to work bringing your order to life. Using the highest quality materials and techniques, we meticulously craft your jewellery piece with precision and care. 5. Hallmarking: Once your piece is finished, it goes to the London Assay office to receive its hallmark which is the UK’s centuries old guarantee of metal purity. The Assay Office test the metal, and apply a series of hallmarks that consists of the metal purity, the London hallmark, the date mark, and the makers mark, KJJ. We are two doors up from the London Assay office in Hatton Garden so we can usually turn hallmarking around fairly swiftly. Read more about Hallmarking here.
6. Timescale: We aim to have most orders made and delivered within three to four weeks, the Heirloom Collection, and bespoke pieces will take a little longer, but we work as fast as we possibly can, and we pride ourselves on our communication, and will be in touch every step of the way.
7. Delivery and Presentation: Your custom-crafted, newly hallmarked piece is then carefully packaged and delivered to your doorstep, ready to be cherished and enjoyed for years to come. Whether it's a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself, every KJJ creation is presented with the utmost care and attention to detail, and delivered fully tracked and insured in discrete packaging.
