What’s the Refund Policy?

At KJJ Diamonds we want you to love everything you receive from us. If you’ve ordered something, thank you! We’re almost certain you’ll love your new piece, it’s not right for you, simply let us know within thirty (30) days, and you can send it back for a refund or an exchange. 

Here’s what to do if you want to take advantage of our thirty (30) day Return policy: 

• Contact us via email at info@kjj.diamonds. 
• Simply let us know within thirty days of receiving your purchase that you’d like a refund or exchange.
• We’ll provide you all the details to arrange for the piece to be sent back to the workshop. 
• You can expect a refund within two (2) weeks of us receiving your item back at the workshop, and in many cases it’ll be sooner than that.
• Please note - earrings are non refundable for hygiene reasons.
